KONSTRUKSI KINERJA GURU AGAMA HINDU SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS NEGERI DI KOTA MATARAM

Abstract

Teachers are professional educators with the primary task of educating,
teaching, guiding, directing, training, assessing and evaluating students in
early childhood education, formal education, elementary education, and
secondary education. Therefore, teachers are required to have particular
Hindu competencies in order to achieve quality performance Hinduism
educational purposes. To realize these goals need to be balanced with efforts
to construct a teacher's performance by providing training, supervision
programs, certification, Assembly Subject Teacher, teacher meetings and
provide adequate supporting infrastructure. But the phenomenon that occurs
in the Public High Schools in Mataram are as follows: 1) the number of
students is not proportional to the number of Hindu religious teacher; 2)
Hindu teacher education level is uneven; 3) lack of a dedicated space for
learning; 4) means of supporting very limited so there should be research
titled Construction of Teacher Performance Hinduism Public High Schools in
Mataram.
